Pros
Best - people. Worked with many great people who were committed to the company! Lots of opportunity areas for improvement.
Cons
The new strategy started out great. The new CEO is very inspiring. Execution is poor due to lack of real planning and constant changing of scope. Strategy is great to have, but needs real planning and financial equipment to achieve the desired effect. Morale went from all time high to extremely low as the work turned towards "making it look good" rather than real improvement.
