      Pros

      Small company so good opportunity to develop

      Cons

      No trust, no working flexibility, no diversity, no company culture and overtime is expected no matter what level (on site or head office). Also no HR department so some questionable things are often overlooked

      Company is growing fast but infrastructure is not quite keeping up (this will only be temporary)
