Pros

The culture is amazing. Want to make more money? Okay! They'll coach you. Crushing it and want to work less? Or take a vacation randomly? Okay! They'll schedule less for you and the team picks up your tasks. It's so fluid. And don't miss Will's sales trainings!

Cons

There aren't enough amazing agents to take all of the awesome leads that our leadership group supplies brokers and concierge team members.

Pros

Relearned some basic sales techniques

Cons

The fact that there is literally one agent currently at this brokerage that was there this time last year tells you everything. Bad leads, mandatory never ending follow up on bad leads, embarrassing split, terrible leadership, very obvious favoritism (owner’s wife is the top producing agent), mandatory meetings every day although employees are independent contractors, clueless management that can’t answer simple questions, micromanagement of the wrong things so employees waste their time and money chasing leads that are fake, no room to grow, terrible awkward scripts that make no sense but are also mandatory to the point where calls are recorded and you’re reprimanded for not saying certain words and phrases that literally don’t make sense in the conversation with home buyers. Best word to describe this company is embarrassing. Owner/managing broker wants robots, not humans, and that’s why there is a revolving door of new agents, owner also loves to say that they are the best in Colorado and that couldn’t be further from the truth.

Pros

Great agents, recruiters and people.

Cons

Management claims to want to make agents successful but micromanages every step Fear driven leadership Anyone who isn’t at beck n call 24/7 is treated very poorly Forget suggesting new ideas, they’ll fall on deaf ears Anyone who leaves willingly is bashed publicly within meetings and by leadership
