Takes the cheapest route for equipment. Don't even try asking for IT equipment as it'll just be shot down. What management says goes, no discussion or listening to feedback from employees. Out of date PTO and health care benefits... 3 sick days per year. Don't bother asking for training, unless a client is requesting it. Weak project structures and QA processes usually lead to most projects having dissatisfied clients and throwing employees under the bus.

Close to my home, so great commute.

Some tight little cliques in the employee population. Company seems to lack innovators in local management, basing the business on undercutting other companies on initial price, then jacking up afterwards. Guess it can work in the Alberta economy at the moment. Not the den of innovation and creativity I thought it could be.
