Thank you for the review. True cares very much for their employees and provides many outlets for team members to share concerns. Although the factories are not temperature controlled in the summertime, we do allow team members to bring in personal coolers to store their water bottles, there are many water fountains throughout the facility, fans are available to team members and we also provide electrolyte drinks. On days that there is a heat advisory we provide an extra afternoon break to give our team members relief from the heat. Our factories are heated during the winter. Additionally, we continually review our benefits and compensation to remain competitive with the market.
