Pros

++ 3 days off per week is nice, thats an extra 52 days off a year compared to standard 5-8 schedule ++ Forget about work once your off. I come from a high stress career, I wish people knew how important this is. ++ The attention to quality is actually pretty impressive to me. As someone who hopes to someday own and operate my own business I aspire to have as much care to detail. So tired of buying cheaply made products.

Cons

-- leadership needs some serious awareness training. -- They mislead or completely omitted how raises work during the interview process. I was planning on making this into a career moving my way up in the company If you pick up welding or brazing they were boasting about how you make an extra $2 an hour but turns out that's not true and you have to wait until April before raises are even given out. So imagine doing brazing or welding for a full year before you even get a raise for it. -- From what im told the max raise per year is $1.25 -- During your probationary period upper management/leadership is constantly following up with you seeing how you are, but after your probationary period ends and you are an official employee you get pushed to the side and are now just another cog in the wheel. -- If you work hard and fast you get pulled to help other lines/departments but they don't help you get caught back up or put anyone to fill your spot while your gone helping. I see no incentive to work hard or fast anymore its a shame cause I prided myself on how much I could accomplish in a day. -- Same kind of applies to if people call in or are on vacation instead of filling the roles or replacing them, people on the line have to fill the void. Very bizarre. -- If you need leaderships help sometimes you have to stop everything your doing to find them love walking around for 10 minutes just to ask a small question. Most of the time they seem annoyed you are even asking them anything, other times they give a figure it out attitude. So I just don't even bother. 2+2 = -- It should be 2 - 15 minute breaks. I was kinda surprised it was only 10 minute breaks. --This personally doesn't bother me, but I can totally see how others can perceive how it looks. But there is 100% favorites. Leadership generally hangs around them, gives them more attention, if they need help they get it. While others easily get ignored.
