Terrible Moral - Production Worker True Manufacturing Employee Review

Employees are unappreciated & taken for granted. Raises & bonuses & other benefits have been taken away over the last 5 years, which doesn't leave much incentive for people to want to work here. Especially when part timers & new hires make just as much as people who have been with the company for 5+ years. Also the fact that management cares more about who is & isn't wearing their mask properly, than about quality & the all around moral of the company, says that their priorities are not in order.
