Lies start in orientation with them saying no layoffs ever but later on you find out the call it restructuring. Its kind of a inside joke on the factory floor. People got laid off and never rehired, restructuring, layoff what ever. There pay raises are a joke they used to be set up to benefit new hires. When they did the last cost of living raises by giving them over a dollar and there employees with seniority half as much. They recently gave 2nd shift a two dollar raise, day shifters only 75 cents if they were there for 2 plus years and 3rd shift got the shaft. They claim teamwork but build animosity between shifts with moves like this. They also have a nice poster every were in the factory about peer recognition that reads don't be a statistic employees that are recognized are more motivated and productive. Then they send out a letter with the raises to first and second shift that reads something like we are excited to announce raises for are very vital shifts first and seconds but nothing for 3rds so I guess we are the statistic, very motivating thanks for that. So now I come in happy and leave angry with all the negative talk going on around me that never existed before.
