      Pros

      Nice staff, great menu offerings, tipped out in cash at the end of every shift (something that's increasingly rare these days). Support staff tip-out isn't too bad either. Shifts are never more than 6 hours and can be as short as 3-4.

      Cons

      Outside of the weekday lunch shifts, there isn't enough foot traffic to compensate for the low price point. Expect to walk with around $60-100 on a slow day, $120-170 on a regular day, and $200+ on a good day. Parking in and around Century City mall is terrible, but you already knew that. Also--lots of turnover on the management side. Have had 5 GMs since opening in May 2023. Even more assistant managers. I guess that's what happens when your company is owned by private equity. The current GM is nice, fwiw.
