The company (RedTail Solutions) was recently bought by True Commerce. The salary was great to start, but the promises were not true. They have a lot of money to throw around to hire people, but after that they don't care. The promise of a light workload is discussed a lot, but as time goes on, you get more and more work and eventually it becomes unbearable.
If you speak to management they say, "Sorry, if we were still RedTail I could do something, but now that we are True Commerce, my hands are tied." They should probably get t-shirts printed with that line on them. There is no problem breaking promises when you can blame it all on TrueCommerce.
Old management of RedTail reports to the new management of TrueCommerce. Old management is bound by contracts to stay around, but they are sitting on fat stacks of cash from the buyout and can't wait to leave.
