If you are a self motivated and disciplined , this can be a great opportunity. There are no shortcuts here, but no restrictions either, beyond being professional. The product set is extensive, so there is something for everyone, both as a customer, a sales professional or as a corporate employee.
Cons
As above, if you are not willing to take responsibility for your actions and effort, this is not the place for you. There is no baby sitting or hand holding here.
