New CEO and CTO are clueless they think AI will fix everything! Start with cutting big bonuses and salaries stop hiring executives and hire workers. No innovation or creativity, every one left is middle age or needs to be given a retirement package. Who works for 45 years at one company anymore? Take a cue from Exact Science and Epic cause all your talented employees are jumping ship and going there. Limited career growth, skills, learn on your own time, if you’re a woman or any type of minority do not work here! DEI is done to check their quota box and make company look good. Stay for 2-4 yrs get your MBA, etc. and get out! Advancement it you are liked, play the game, know politics, and keep your head down. No trust, transparency, miss Bob Trunzo days! People in fear, burned out, taking mental health days. A place to collect a paycheck. No engagement, good people leave or are fired cause old grays is threatened by them. No new talent, ideas, risks, or innovation. Campus is a ghost town and waisting money on expensive buildings.
