Pros

They have a well established internship program, rather than just hiring interns and looking for random things for them to do. Competitive pay. Very nice people. They teach you what you need to know, and they give you valuable work instead of fetching coffee or making copies. You are encouraged to network and set up lunch meetings with people from any department you might be interested in to learn more about what they do. There were 80-90 interns the summer that I was there, so there were lots of opportunities to network with them, too. If you are nice and you do a good job, I think there is a good chance they will offer you full time employment after graduation if that's what you want. They give you a manager and a mentor, which is nice. Fair number of events/outings both during and after the work days, so things weren't monotonous. We had several meetings with upper level management, who were very interested in us and in improving the internship program.

Cons

No cons that I remember -- it was a very good program, and I enjoyed my time there. Would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Pros

Used to be a great company to work for until about a year ago.

Cons

I have worked for TruStage for over 10 years. They recently made the decision to outsource a large amount of employees to another company- Wipro. 120 people lost their jobs at Trustage and TruStage signed an non-compete between themselves and Wipro in which none of the 55 employees who got an employment offer with Wipro could be hired in any other role until September 2027. I lost my health care, my pension, and my job security and TruStage didn’t care at all. I would be wary of working for TruStage as I hear they want to expand to outsource more jobs to wipro/india. It’s a disgrace the way they handled the outsourcing of loyal, smart, successful employees.
