Pros
New challenges everyday keep you on your toes. Immediate team members are amazing to work with and there is a lot of autonomy in managing your territory. The relationships you build along the way internally and externally make the stress worth while.
Cons
High stress at times managing challenging situations and meeting aggressive goals. Upper management isn't always the easiest to work with and teams/departments can be difficult to work with at times. Goals are not aligned within sales team which can also cause internal conflict/challenges.
