Company culture was stressful and demeaning. No praise for outstanding performance and continuous belittling over small things.

The location was ideal for my situation.

Negative workplace - gossip with backstabbing co-workers who played into management's "dog eat dog" atmosphere. Management did not listen to employees and had no problem letting people go to further demonstrate power and control from the top.
