      Company will hire brand new employees for superior opportunities rather than promote tenured veterans. Company would rather give employees one liners to tell disgruntled clients rather than address the root causes of clients becoming disgruntled due to this companies way of handling business.

Plus you get a discount on your interest rate for your home loan -Opportunity to grow -Team environment, coworkers help each other out without hesitation
