Pros

Very few, except for the couple guys there who are just waiting to find new jobs.

Cons

Procurement, they don’t pay bills, they give the worst LOA I’ve ever seen, constantly trying to make up for their crap management off the workers back. DISORGANIZED!! Incompetent!!

Pros

Plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. Supportive Management. Friendly/respectful coworkers. Relaxed work environment.

Cons

With layoffs in the past and the company still in its infancy, job security can sometimes be on the back of the mind. BUT we've been trending up for a while now.

Pros

-A few passionate, experienced employees remaining, who want to make the necessary changes, and improve for the better.

Cons

-Rebranded the company, but kept all the same poor operating and business practices from the previous incarnation. -A general delusion of adequacy. -Way too many levels of management who do not meaningfully contribute to the bid process. -Poor communication and synergy between departments. -Lack of real practical renewable energy experience in most departments. -Lack of a real business strategy in pursuing opportunities. Very desperate. -Ignoring what strengths they have, and greatly exposing the weaknesses in their pursuit of opportunities. -Not being realistic about the scale of work they are able to take on. -Too many "cooks in the kitchen" who all view themselves as the "head chef" in the process.
