A paycheck is the only pro I found.

Cons

Long hours that make your "hourly" pay drop as soon as they push you to become salaried. Too much of a push to sell, sell,, sell.

Pros

The only pro I had was my local branch manager with awesome The rest of the company is awful

Cons

Forced to work long hours, forced to work in weather, the company does not care about state laws and regulations. really only cares about the revenue.
