Pros

Decent paycheck but not for the amount of hours and wage. You learn to speak with customers and problem solve. No supervision. Work alone which can be good but also can be boring.

Cons

Unreasonable expectations from management, they create goals for you to achieve(25 lawns), once you achieve them they reward you with a higher goal (30 + lawns) and when you dont reach the higher goal everyday they will treat you like youre worth nothing. Push for sales and up sales to customers when they dont need services and customers get mad at you. Hours are extremely long, most trucks do t have ac and are falling apart, wearing long pants and long shirts in extreme heat when you're using 96% water based chemicals. Never any clean uniforms after Wednesday. They're products dont work. They're focus is production numbers not quality of services.
