Pros
It's nice to be outside and meet nice customers. Company also provides a decent benefit package but other than that I can think of no "Pros".
Cons
Management thinks employees live to do nothing but eat, drink, and live Trugreen. You are constantly told "do it or quit" when you attempt to offer suggestions to making some tasks simpler or easier. As long as your in the "clique" of manager favs then you can do whatever you want like come in late, shortchange customers on their treatment, skip mandated drug tests after accidents, and even falsify your time to make it look like you're working even when you're not. It's so funny to see current management try to enforce policy that they refused to follow when they were on the front line...STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
