Go in and get your job done without having to talk to anyone unless you have a problem. Once you know your routes it's easy to just get your equipment and go and enjoy some good podcasts or music and get your work done.

The only con is dealing with company trucks that are not in great shape.

Seems laid back as we get to work alone

Just besides of working the cold weather, i dont think its too bad though
