Pros

Those individuals supporting the hospitals questions, installing at the hospitals, and those few who remain to work on the software show honor and determination. Good people at the working level.

Cons

For engineering, fewer and fewer talented individuals remain to lead the charge to tackle the truly abrasive systemic issues that still trouble the overall system. New middle managers with inflated salaries/egos have little true understanding, providing a positive face for investors, while the board consistently slashing engineering dollars for hiring (USA Freeze), cloud technology complete pivots every two years. Modernization needs momentum, not an an arrow in the Achilles.

There really arent any, unfortunately.

Cons

Very low pay No bonuses or raises, ever. Once yearly you get a "cost of living increase" of up to .33 but its not a guarantee. They base it upon work performance with ambiguous stats that management cant tell you how to improve on or explain where the numbers come from. Extreme favoritism All hands meetings only apply to the departments not on the phones. Benefits arent good, cost a fortune and dont cover much. Dental is even worse and covers very little and no major work. Management is beyond hostile and extremely verbally abusive and no one, not even HR, will do anything about it even when multiple people have made complaints with proof. Your job security is frequently threatened over monthly stats with no idea how to improve them, such as the amount of payments collected, but patients refuse to pay. Now they are firing and laying off people so they can move the business overseas while cramming down our throats how happy we should be and excited about the new and upcoming changes. There is zero consistency across the teams except for poor management skills and extreme favoritism. They also have HIPAA violations by a lot of reps and do nothing about it. If the clients knew the real truth about things patients are told the company would be out of business. There are so many other issues that make this company terrible but not worth wasting more time on them.
