      Pros

      Interesting problems to solve if you like software development.

      Cons

      Old legacy system still forms much of the backbone of the software and can be difficult to learn, if you don't know the system. A little claustrophobic in the office there, kinda scary.

      Pros

      good manager, supportive, willing to listen and be open, fair

      Cons

      sold out out IKS India. people laid off right and left. the attorney that handled the severance was nasty, could not even get a question if at all. Would I recommend as general counsel to Trubridge or even in the courtroom - not over my DEAD body.
