      Micromanagement Never any time for Q&A for all employee calls Trying to take on as many facilities as possible despite high turnover Extremely difficult to be promoted unless you know the right people. Higher education and certifications don’t matter to these people.

      good manager, supportive, willing to listen and be open, fair

      Cons

      sold out out IKS India. people laid off right and left. the attorney that handled the severance was nasty, could not even get a question if at all. Would I recommend as general counsel to Trubridge or even in the courtroom - not over my DEAD body.
