Pros

Their first product laundry detergent strip is nice because it makes other companies think about the environment and innovation. Pretty good diversity internally.

Cons

This organization is plagued by a deeply ingrained culture of nepotism and favouritism, creating a toxic and unfair work environment. The CEO has demonstrated a pattern of prioritizing personal loyalty over competence and the company's best interests. This is evidenced by the ousting of the co-founders and senior executives who dared to challenge the CEO's decisions with data-driven arguments. This purge created a power vacuum filled by individuals who prioritize personal gain and cronyism over merit and company growth. This culture of favoritism cascades down the hierarchy. New senior executives, with the CEO's blessing, replaced competent managers with their own associates, further eroding the company's talent pool and morale. A glaring example is the Impact/ESG team, now dominated by a mother-daughter duo. The daughter's rapid ascent to a leadership position (Head of department), despite limited experience, highlights the blatant disregard for fairness and equal opportunity. This is further underscored by the meager salary increases given to hardworking employees in other departments, effectively a pay cut in real terms, coupled with the denial of promotions. Adding to this toxic brew, some new directors openly engage in sexist comments and disparage colleagues with vulgar language (behind their backs), creating an environment of disrespect and hostility.
