Really flexible. The team really cares about work life balance. Very trusting. Small company. They really like seeing people promote and advance. I ask a lot of questions and they are happy to answer. They really like mentoring people. Really one of the best companies I have ever worked for.

Pay is a little lower, but the pros out weigh the cons.

People are great! Really want others to succeed in teamwork. Learning opportunities. Flexible with work/life balance.

Have record profits year after year, and that is NOT showing up for employees. Only get "cost of living" increase yearly and that NEVER covers inflation. Only 2%. Then "raises" also only 2-3% percent. When asked "how could I increase this value when we are making record profits?" And I was dismissed with, "that's just what everyone gets."
