They are flexible with needs and understand that family matters are important. Its a family atmosphere and the teams are actively trying to work together to create the best possible service for our clients. There is a great training program for new employees.

None. Typical company in a lot of ways, there are oversights and people get in the way of others at times, but everyone is really trying to do their best and so long as attitudes are good then we're usually able to move without an issue.
