Pros
Breath of fresh air from recent hires, with a lot of experience (Facebook, Microsoft), very data driven and focused. They know what they want, how to get there and how to execute. Very fast new feature shipping time. Decisions made quickly but grounded on data. Fully remote working with the option of going to a co-working space once in a while
Cons
Benefits are subpar compared to most startups. Some nervousness due to trying to prove product-market fit. Some frustration due to changing strategy while simultaneously dealing with BAU. Some business areas might be a bit neglected to focus more on core goals
