Total lack of transparency. Trouva is sold to perspective employees as an exciting and welcoming place to work and develop your career. My time at Trouva was in fact the opposite, the hours are incredibly long and an ambition to develop your career is not welcomed. Strategies are constantly being changed to achieve quick results, without explanation which resulted in a culture of secrets, gossip and unhappy boutiques. The staff turnover was unbelievable, employees were frequently let go at the end of their probation or further down the line (years in some cases), this resulted in a culture of fear.
