Great people, not great company - Anonymous employee Tropic Employee Review

Seems like leadership doesn't know what they're doing. In 1.5 years I experienced 5 or 6 layoffs. Was told that my team was beyond important, and was not going anywhere. 3 weeks later us, and 40 others, were laid off. Constant leadership changes, constant team adjustments, etc. One week you think the company is thriving, the next they're running out of money and pivoting their "goal".
