Thank you for sharing your feedback. As an executive team, we took some bold bets in H2, and in some cases, we were wrong. Our core value of leaning into bold bets is something that I take very seriously. “We will be wrong sometimes, and we must be willing to make mistakes to achieve ambitious goals.” Rest assured, these mistakes are not made without concern or accountability. We have learned from those mistakes, and with renewed confidence in our H1 and H2 plans this year, we are seeing undeniably positive revenue results while still maintaining our SaaS business efficiency goals from 2023. I hope the last two all-hands helped deliver on your desire for accountability and transparency at the leadership level. We will continue to pull back the curtain and dive deeper and deeper into company metrics and strategy. The changes we addressed and are now implementing as a result of the feedback are things I apologize for not having implemented sooner. We will continue to monitor employee engagement and ensure that the positive trend over the last few weeks continues.
