      Pros

      They will give you a bunch of shirts with a T on them.

      Cons

      Currently downsizing even though they don't want to publicly admit it. You won't get a call back after interview. VPC and Area Managers yell and curse about spreadsheets without ever walking the neighborhood. VPC complained about 1 address, which belonged to Meritage Homes. He's a joke.

      High turnover at all levels, top down change and chaos is constant, it's another typical DFW homebuilder - the only thing that is consistent is change,
