Chill environment everyone is very easy going, managers are very nice and do their best, leads are plentiful and there is a lot of opportunity to make money

no upward mobility within BDC, you'll have to do sales if you want to move up, low total payout

Parts department and accounting staff are nice people.

The managers will not give their own people a good deal on a car. They will bend over for a customer but not for their own people making them money. "Friends and Family" deal is a lie.
