      MGT is terrible. Arrogant attitudes. Only favorites are treated with respect. Everyone tries to cover up their mistakes - no ownership. MGT only interested in $$$. Stay away unless you want to go home every night stressed and disrepected.

      All fabrication work is timed. It is a production shop.
