      They have a great environment with some great people. The products they develop are interesting

      Cons

      There is no clear structure. Work can be hectic for some and totally dead for others. Their upper management is very lacking and they need a total restructure. They never gave me any real feedback.

      Pros

      They offer a lot of training and experience in the RF field. There's a lot to learn there.

      Cons

      HR is off their rocker. I've never been spoken to by the HR rep at any other company in my life.
