      Every day is different, bringing with it new challenges.

      Cons

      Long working days (up to 12 hours with no breaks) during busy periods as well reduced hours during slow, quieter periods.

      Pros

      Company pays for Healthcare but it's not great. Thats basically it.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't care about workers. Rarely ever get raises (none that keep up with inflation anyways) Absolutely no opportunity for growth anywhere. Constantly overworked and understaffed.
