Great family culture, and very hands on in on-boarding and supporting employees. Makes getting Licensed easy, and feel supported during and after getting CDL.

No real cons as they strive to put employees first.

I love that they have such a high safety rating. Friendly and professional staff. Very good training. When I went to take my test, The DMV stated, " Trobec's always has their people well prepared" Nights, weekends, and holidays off unless you want to work extra runs. Three different terminals makes it possible to work closer to your location. Good pay

My cons are in the nature of this business and not specific to the company: limited full time hours, and limited summer hours which can be taken as a pro as well.
