Not much to add here.
Cons
Low salary. Lots of supervisors and team leaders that don't do anything at all. Just sending same "procedures" emails. If you are good looking female you will get position fast 😉. Pressure and workload over the charts. Working night shifts for 1200km. Working night shifts for a couple of months. Employer does not care about employees. No additional training or bonuses. Only if you are good with supervisors and tls you can get their crumbs. Horrible company.
