There are good people in the team.

No one in the organization has the courage to say what they really feel or think because it is not tolerated. Mistakes are heavily penalized. Constructive reinforcement feedback is practically absent in the day-to-day running of the company. It is impossible to reconcile personal and professional life. Working hours that far exceed the stipulated schedules. You are worth the extra hours you dedicate, which of course are not paid. They do not invest in the training of their employees. No compensation or benefits of any kind. They do not take care of their employees. The demand far exceeds the capacity of the teams, even putting the economic interests of the company before the health of the people who are part of the organization. Total lack of resources. Very high staff rotation. Salaries much lower than those stipulated in the market. Total lack of organization and leadership. It is a toxic company.
