- don’t do more then you should (you pay not gonna rise) - they say equal opportunities but if you don’t know where to lick you won’t progress - new people trained minimum just enough to get up to speed and left on their own - used to be well paid company but now only when you senior management or operator who is at work 24/7 - internal progress bellow sea level, you can change job role for more responsibility with not getting even penny more - long service employer no difference from zero hours
