      A lot of diversity is there, as there are people working from different countries. Super cool management that encourages news Ideas from everyone in the team. Flexibility in working hours hence enabling you to have a work-life balance.

      -It has helped enhance my designing skills when it comes to designing posters and marketing collateral for organizations and put to the test.

      Cons

      I was looking out for projects where I could say help the organisation in coming up with Social Media Marketing campaigns and how the planning takes places which I just learnt in theory. So that could be one area they could improve on.
