Triumph is always trying to better their employees. They take pride in promoting within and making sure everyone that works for them feels valued. This company is small, so everyone knows everyone, it's feels like a family instead of just co-workers. If you are looking for advancement, or to be appreciated this is the company for you!!!

Triumph is going through a lot of changes. Triumph is changing their software from OneSite to ResMan, they are changing their Accounting, and eventually they will being changing you their name. So, that being said patience is important as the company is having to work out some kinks with the changes. Once everything is done Triumph will be in a much better place.

The position itself was gratifying because we could make our own schedule so long as the tenants were taken care of.

Management communication was lacking, which made the position stressful.
