The IT department was like a family environment

No real cons loved my time there

Work from home, and schedule flexibility

When they do the layoffs every year, you will pick up more responsibilities. Over several years you will end up performing 2 or three fulltime roles worth of responsibilities and accountabilities. This is a pro or a con depending on how you choose to look at it. The pro is that you become more diversified and quickly pick up experience outside of your lane. The con is that they save a lot of money because it is uncompensated.
