Engaging culture The Company really cares about the community and charitable initiatives they're involved in. Diverse workforce. Lots of training opportunities, most thorough safety program and training I've come across thus far. Opportunities for growth and advancement in most roles.

The company is open to listening to and learning about how things are changing and evolving but can be slow/inconsistent when implementing the changes. Some field supervisors are "old school" or "rough around the edges" in their approach to managing staff, they need more accountability to fostering a more positive environment - a change that has the attention and priority of upper management.
