      fun social activities and interesting projects to work on

      Cons

      Some senior members of staff are very judgemental and if they decide you are not like them they will not make time for you, even if that impacts your ability to do your job.

      People were great Progression was fast at the start, but slowed Opportunities to get involved in project were high
