Pros
The office I am in, is a pretty amazing group of people, for the most part. Business casual with a friendly vibe. I would say the company is diverse and inclusive, which is nice.
Cons
I would say the salaries are average/fair, but asking for a raise, even with proven stats, will never happen. The annual "cost of living" increase we all get is nowhere near enough - you can expect only 2-3%. Advancement of any kind is only for men, or the young and pretty. Facts.
