      Pros

      Triple Crown had a relaxed working atmosphere. It was business casual. The pay and benefits were excellent. I was allowed to work on my own.

      Cons

      I was the assistant for not only the president but the entire company so sometimes I would get hit from all sides by people wanting something now. At times it could be a bit over whelming.
