Decent pay, lodging, transportation, some good co workers, possibility to move up with the company from this position.
Cons
Should make more for 15 hours 6 days a week, NO free time either sleep or have a little free time off with 6 hours of sleep. Leadership is all tight with each other so their issues are fixed while yours is swept under the rug. Toxic work environment.
