Pros
Management has taken good care of me over the years. Not everyone will be satisfied with a company this large but I've always gotten paid on time. I've been lucky enough to have good managers and supervisors. They will try to take care of you if possible.
Cons
Initially (years) ago there were moments where life altering information hadn't been disseminated in an expedient fashion. I understand that a company doesn't want people to jump ship leaving a shortage of personnel. I get that but sub-contracting your people out to save a little money and trouble down the road isn't good business but at least management is looking out for us (see Pros) because that are finding us other positions within the company. The change in Healthcare was not great. We went from Cigna International (awesome!) to UnitedHealthcare Expat. (average) for the same amount of cost.
