Pros
this is a great way to get your foot in the door if you've never deployed and wanted to get into the contracting world. If you miss the camaraderie then this isn't a bad gig.
Cons
If you made NCO before you go out this job is going to stress you out, 95% of the people you work with will be outstanding but those 5% who got out with animosity towards their service with be a headache.
